Psycroptic
Psycroptic
Formed in Hobart, Tasmania in 1999 Psycroptic wrote intensively for the months following their formation, crafting the material for the debut album 'The Isle of Disenchantment'. This album was self released in January 2001 to overwhelming response from the metal underground which helped spread the Psycroptic name all around the world.

'Scepter of the Ancients' saw the light of day in 2003 through Unique Leader Records and with it Psycroptic further define their sound. After several years of playing Australian stages, 2004 saw Psycroptic leave their home shores for the first time, touring with death metal legends Dismember throughout Europe.

Much of 2005 was spent touring Australia, and preparing material for 'Symbols of Failure'. Released in early 2006, the album was followed by extensive touring ā€“ 3 full European tours and several Australian tours ā€“ sharing the stage with such acts as Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Nile, Behemoth, Kataklsym, Black Dahlia Murder amoung others.

The Tasmanian Devils made their long overdue North American live debut on the 2008 Summer Slaughter tour, which has been their most successful tour to date. The forth album 'Ob(servant) will be released Worldwide on October 14th on Nuclear Blast (and on Stomp in Australia and New Zealand).
Cannabis Corpse
Cannabis Corpse
Parody death metal band from Richmond, Virginia. Cannabis Corpse play old school death metal, lifting song titles and lyrical themes from Cannibal Corpse and changing them so they pertain to marijuana.
Gorod
Gorod
Progressive / technical death metal band from Bordeaux, France.
Founded in 1997 under the moniker Gorgasm, changed to Gorod in 2005.
Micawber
Micawber
Formed in 2007, right in the heart of the dreadful, frozen tundra surrounding Green Bay, Wisconsin, "Micawber" has been steadily building a name for themselves. While constructing their own style of modern age death metal and keeping the music fun, and interesting, Micawber has been rapidly gaining fans across the country.

The band originally began as a 5-piece lineup consisting of Leighton Thompson, Sean Thompson, Jake Gamez, Jeff Plewa and Tyler Lachowicz. Later on parting ways with bassist Jake Gamez, long time friend and soul pummeling bassist Nick Gouin joined forces with the band and solidified the lineup. Recently the band had parted ways with long time vocalist Jeff Plewa, in return Leighton picked up the slack and began the journey as lead guitar and also frontman. This has been the strongest line up for the band and has been leveling venues in every city they have taken on!

With 16 DIY tours under their belt, this band has been consistently spreading their name across the United States and has proven themselves to be a milestone in the death metal community. 2 self-released Ep's and an upcoming full length record are among the bands current arsenal of heavy hitting tunes, ready to commence the head bang in a city near you!
Asylum
Having spent 10 years entrenched in bass music as part of infamous London based D&B collective Vicious Circle, Asylum (real name Andrew Greening) was no stranger to the low end sonics of dubstep when he decided to experiment with the tempo in 2011. The resulting single - 'Not Afraid' / 'Hibernation' - was an instant favourite amongst DJs everywhere, with immediate support from the likes of Youngsta on Rinse FM, and Skream & Benga on BBC Radio 1. Longtime friend and musical comrade Ben Verse snapped up the tracks for his Crunch Recordings imprint, identifying the same Blue Note era Metalheadz-esque qualities in the tracks that had also attracted him to the deeper side of the 140bpm tempo.
